I have been using Orb Audio Speakers since they first launched and they have been performing perfectly, there rich sound quality is second to none.
I noticed that the right side front speakers were quite, I contacted Orb Audio and they responded immediately with some test suggestions before shipping them back to Orb Audio for repair. I checked the speakers and they indeed were not working.
I shipped them back and within a week I had received them back working perfectly.
They stand behind their products and I also purchased a second system for my TV on the second floor which was a great addition, I highly recommend purchasing a system that fits your unique needs.

I love my Orbs!
It's always a shock to everyone that visits the sound they produce, plus the look amazing and finish off the room. Orbs were included in the room design during the renovation and they work beautifully. The customer care is also 100%. I had a few questions many years after buying them and got a same day response.

I really appreciate that Orb let me repair the speaker myself rather than sending it in. However, I would only recommend that if you speaker grill is loose and you are comfortable with a soldering iron.

I has coil replaced from Gary. The repair was done on time shipped back. Superb speakers. Excellent sound. I use this in Family room as center speaker on fireplace along with Paradigm tower as front and BW as surround rear. In the basement they are my center and front along with paradigm cieling speakers.. Recieved very good complements from all my friends.

After owning Orbs for over 10 years I had two fail and contacted Orb and obtained replacement parts. Orb provided very helpful advice and video on how to take the speaker apart and replace the speaker that failed.

I’ve been a raving fan of Orb Audio for over a decade. On separate occasions, about 7 years apart, I’ve had to repair two of the orbs. We bought our orb audio speakers in 2007 and we've never regretted it. They're now my office sound system and provide great sound without taking up all the space of so many other loudspeakers. I had to have an orb replaced because I had played our system too loud one night and burnt one of the drivers, my bad. Repair process was easy and quick and they even reached out to offer any tips for taking better care of my speakers. I told them I just needed to pay more attention to my amp when playing at high volume making sure it wasn't clipping or the speakers were distorting. Thanks guys!
